Sign in online first and choose Prepare offline stock at your medicine counter. Recent OTC stock supports offline retail cash receipts for up to 24 hours; saved receipts sync for server verification when you reconnect. Prescription medicines, customer credit and electronic payments require a connection.

Android: allow your browser to install the downloaded APK when prompted. Windows: the installer currently has no verified publisher certificate; check the file and checksum before installation.
